    Default Paxson

Has anyone ever fished the meandering slow water that the Gulkana becomes just south of Paxson lodge before it empties in to the north end of paxson lake? Looks like it would be grayling city but I've never seen anyone fishing it.

I have and caught both whitefish and grayling on Father's day weekend a few years back........This time of year, you can catch lakers near the outlet along with grayling and whitefish roughly 150-400 yards from the outlet casting spinners......

See my post titled "The Gulkana Report June 19th"

I just had my first group take out and they hammered them.

Thanks but I'm referring to the section between paxson lodge and paxson lake.
