    Question Boat Trailer Hitches

I don't know where else to put this, but I'm looking for advice on where in Achorage to take a 1999 Ford Expedition that I'm buying to get a receiver hitch installed so that I can better tow a boat, that I'm also buying, to Deshka Landing?

    Thank you in advance.

Sixrobbless has several Anchorage locations, I think the one in Mountain View does installs. I would guess that Alaska Custom truck or just about any mechanic shop would install one that you had purchased.

    Redlander,

Trailercraft off E. 64th is another option: http://www.trailercraft.com/

Uhaul still installs them, or I would second Trailercraft - been good to deal with.

The wrecking yards should be full of them. I don't know that I have ever seen an Expedition without one. Are you sure that you don't have one? Sorry, gotta ask.
