Does anyone know when the pinks will show up in hope? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Looking forward to bringing my grandson down there for the pinks. I just hope it doesn't get too crowded because no place else is producing fish...

Does anything else ever run this river? Catching pinks is always a good time.

    HUH??
Not sure what you're asking. Very few people "run" the river, as in navigate it with a boat or raft. However, a whole bunch do fish it.

I do believe he's asking if any other type of fish run up the river......

Most likely there's other fish running up there. I have only tried for pinks long time ago..... Lots of hook ups n nice fights with light tackle, I tried taking my son on a hope pink run first timer n (hope) it's not crowded but it was n my boy couldn't even fish!! I ended up landing a few..left..never to return!! Plus found better fish to fry. Not my cup of tea/beer!! Lol!🐟

I've seen Kings and Chums in addition to Pinks. Not sure about Silvers, I've never looked that late but I'm sure there are some in there. I doubt you'll find reds in there.

You know your not catching any fish when you start talking about the weather...

there is a small run of kings, chums, and silvers in there. The problem is the river was used for mining back in the day and they straightened it out, so it isn't very good for fish returns (spawning) but some how the pinks manage to survive.

Resurrection creek is great for pinks. I have caught pinks as early as July 4th.

There are resident dollys and yes a small run of king salmon & chum salmon. I dont believe you can target king salmon in the creek.

Both 6 mile and resurrection are accessible by road.

I'm pretty sure kings are illegal to target and keep in that creek, but I am not sure about silvers and chum.

your much closer to the Willow and the pinks get there about the same time. IMHO, I would take him to Valdez before I combat fish in Hope.
