I looked up how to measure length of pull(LOP), then put a tape on my little guy. It looks like he is going to need a rifle that is about 9.5 inches LOP. From what I can find there is nothing near that short. Most Youth models are about 11 inches LOP. That means I should be looking at collapsing stock ARs or get a wooden stock and have it custom cut. Now I am looking for bolt action that I can cut up, and buy a replacment stock down the road. Most likely going to be a winchester model 70.
