Default Vacuum Packing and Flash Freezing Service in Anchorage Area?

Anyone know of a good place in the Anchorage area? I'd bring it back to Valdez and do it myself but I'm headed to Anchorage for a spell so I figure I'll make a detour and try my luck again at the end of the week on the way up to Anc. Really don't feel like driving to Chitina, back to Valdez then to Anchorage

    Thanks in advance!

    Default Salmon Processing

Only experience I've had is taking proxy fish to:

    C & J Tender Meat Co

    324 E Intl Airport Rd, Anchorage, AK 99518 (907) 562-2838

They processed, vacuum sealed, and froze for $1.00/lb. several years ago.

Proxy was happy. Vacuum sealed bags were crystal clear and very tough. They even honored proxy's request for a mix of roasts and steaks, and I'm sure they'd do filets.

Thank you, I will give them a shout! Though with the water levels changing so much, I may keep on driving past the 10
