    Default Salmon roe bait...how long is it good?

    Have some from last year in my fridge still....is it good?

    Smell it. If it looks good, smells good and doesn't have mold on it, might be good still.
    Best place to store it is in the freezer next time.

    Dunno about the fridge but I have about 15 jars that I cured last year and froze them. They had a little freezer burn on the top eggs but overall they are still good. I landed two 30+ lb kings on them already and several smaller ones.
    Makin fur fins and feathers fly.

    I had some with a little mold on top that I was going to throw out. Out of curosity I took the moldy layer off the top and proceeded to catch several silvers with the rest last year. I've also used 2 year old eggs that were frozen with no problems.

    As long as it was packaged decently and holds retention when you hook it then it should be good.
