    Default big bore tide tomorrow

I don't surf (tried for a while as a teenager) but I would love to try and catch the bore tide sometime, probably in an inflatable kayak.
Tomorrow is supposed to be a good one http://m.adn.com/adn/db_90848/conten...tguid=8ZDriwVl

We were driving along the arm Saturday and saw it coming in. Unfortunately by the time I got the iPhone handed back to the kid he wasn't able to get a good pic. It was about a 2' wall of water.

Thanks for the heads-up. Anybody have any thoughts on the best place to paddle out to catch it?

I tried to catch it with a friend in his ducky with drysuits on the knik arm. We were a little too late getting on the water, but still had a little fun.

We do not go to the green woods and crystal waters to rough it, we go to smooth it. We get it rough enough at home; in towns and cities; in shops, offices, stores, banks anywhere that we may be placed
