Excellent video. Next purchase is the puller, after that maybe the GoPro.

What were you using to hold the camera underwater when your kicker was moving? Did you have a floatie back door on it just in case you dropped it?

No floaty back door. I have a five foot aluminum pipe with a cork float stuffed onto it. The pipe is bent at a 45 degree angle near the end. I attach the camera using the "handle bar/seat post" mount. I have lanyards on some of the housings too.

What video editing software do you use? I've taken several videos, but don't have a good program to put it all together.

Thanks. I'm not using a MAC yet, so I'll check out Final Cut.

    Hey Jeff,
I'm the other guy posting Go Pro videos. Great job on the video man. Loved the underwater footage. I'm going to do more of that, especially when we start catching those silvers. Anyway, check out my vids on this forum: Homer fishing 6/3-6/4 among others. PS Look into Vimeo, they seem to be more easy on using commercial music.

    Thanks Steve,
I just checked out your videos on Vimeo and they are awesome. For clear underwater shots get a Blurfix or dive housing. One with a flat lens. The Dive housing from GoPro seems like a good deal. I ordered a Blurfix from Snake River Prototyping, before GoPro's dive housing came out (at three times the cost). I just ordered the dive housing from Amazon to try out. We used that underwater housing on our trip to Hawaii this year, check out the vid here http://youtu.be/IevDP9l1V6c

Inspiring!! Great videos!! Fathers day is coming and I have hinted to my wife and kiddo's that I want one of those GoPro's for our family fishing trips and outings!

But then again do I really want to document the size of fish and number of shrimp I've been catching!?!

I just got my GoPro Hero2 motorsports and started playing with it, it coming with me to PWS in July . I need to make a stick to mount it on for the underwater shots.
    NICE video by the way.
