Default Memorial Weekend on the water

Got to raft up with Spoiled One this weekend. Fun was had by all. Did some shrimping and hunting and just kicked back. Was rainy but we made the best of it!

We had a great time as well. It was a bit lumpy Friday for the ride over, but it sure settled down as the weekend progressed. I need to upload some photos as well. I have some great ones of Memory Maker.

Here are a few of Memory Maker:

    Happy new owner:

My daughter spotted this little shrimp that fell out of the pot. Not sure how the pot contained it, but this is the smallest shrimp we have ever brought to the boat. I added my ring for scale.

I pulled into the harbor after DMan & Spoiled One. Two very nice GC's.

As I was checking them out my eight year old daughter said dad I know that look on your face! You know mom will divorce you for even thinking about one!! Kid just don't understand life. Or do they?

I would say they are a week to two behind. I think part of it is the rain though too. Last few weekends we didn't see much but didn't have a lot of break in the rain.
