Default Catching out of Seward - Mid June ?

I have a couple of folks that would like to get out on the 12th or 13th of June. How is catching Halibut/Rockfish typically during that time ? and any reccomendations for them on a 6 Pack or small party boat ??? Thanx

Should be good fishing if the weather cooperates. Fishing could be steller if you're able to get to the outside of Montague. You might even find an early returning coho or two, but I wouldn't count on it. The only downside of that time frame is you have to through back lingcod.
Those that are successful in Alaska are those who are flexible, and allow the reality of life in Alaska to shape their dreams, vs. trying to force their dreams on the reality of Alaska.

If you have a tenuous grasp of reality, Alaska is not for you.
