    Default Renting ATV on Kodiak?

I've been trying to find ATV for rent on Kodiak without any luck. Does anyone know of anyone renting? I need 2 for a couple of days the last week of july.

    Thanks for the help.

The only one who "might" do it is the outfit that runs folks on ATVs over to Saltery Cove. Can't remember the name, but the folks also own Avis car rentals at the airport, so a call there should start you down the road to answers. BTW- How are you going to transport them to and from your destination?

We will have a truck. I had heard that there was a possibility that one of the owners of an ATV outfit had pass away. I had placed a call to Kodiak ATV Adventures, Mike O'Neil but haven't heard back from them. Hope that he is OK.

Maybe a member here might be interested in renting theirs out for a day or two. I was hoping that the coast guard would have has some but found out they don't.

Try giving Kodiak ATV Adventures a call...

They might be able to help you get out to Saltry for some reds.

I called and they haven't returned my call. I heard that something may have happened to the owner? Does anyone know if that is the case?

I'm not sure if anything happened to the owner of Kodiakatvadventures, but the owner of Saltry Cove Lodge passed away last week.

Saltery Lake Lodge owner did pass away recently. Ken was a great husband, father, friend and a huge asset to Alaska and the Kodiak community. He will be missed. Prayers go out to the family and friends.

Have not heard of plans for the lodge.
