Default Bead regulations on the Kenai / Russian

Was wondering what the current regs. for pegging beads are on the Kenai and Russian and where does the Russian legally start .I realize it enters right above the island , so are both sides of the island the Kenai ? Or is the side with the stairs the russian.

Beads cannot be legally pegged on the Russian or the kenai above the power lines by sportsmans landing until 20 August. An egg pattern fly like a glo bug or hot glue fly can be used. The regs for this area spells it out pretty clearly.
