    Default South Central hiking

I was wondering if anyone has any good locations for some easy to moderate hiking trails that I can take with my kids ages 5 and 9. Anything in Mat-Su is prefered. I need to take advantage of the area and warm weather this year with the family. Thanks

    Default Crevasse Moraine Trail

I think this trail is beautiful, wide & very child-friendly:

Archangel Pass hike up to the tarn should be ok for kids, though you can turn back at any point if it gets too tough. It's about 3/4 of the way up that Fishhook Road toward Hatcher Pass from Palmer, then left on a dirt road at the sign for Archangel Pass and bounce down that road for a few miles before you reach the trailhead. But it won't be snow-free for a while yet.
