    Default 'wheeler on trails? when?

Rookie question. When can you ride a 'wheeler on Mat Su trails to get to a cabin? Is there a date set by the borough or is it a judgement call? Trails are getting scarce of snow and would like to ride in but also don't want to make the other land owners in the area mad. Specifically referring to the Talkeetna area. Thanks.

I an planning on the third week of May up towards Clear Creek. Lots of snow and the trees shade lots of the trail beyond the gravel pit. If there has been lots of rain it could be sooner.

When you can drive on it without damaging it. If the trail is worse off for the next guy you did it wrong!

There is no set time. Etiquette says that waiting if you can so it doesn't get totally rutted up is the best way to go.
