Is that a 17 foot squareback or a 19 foot freighter?

That ought to move very quickly I would think. If it were me I'd show up with a motor stand and a big tub to fill with water, and make sure it ran well, and then buy it quickly if it does. If the motor's a goner, then the price isn't so great.

It's a 17 footer. Still a nice rig with that lift and 5hp tohatsu. Not so sure about it being a deal but it's not bad. I forgot what I sold my 17 foot alumacraft for but it was a lot less than that a couple years ago. Hauled 2 small moose in one load out in that 17 footer with just a few inches of freeboard.

I never said it was a deal; I said I thought it would move quickly. This is the right time of year to be selling that exact rig.

And the jackass lift is an item that is now pretty hard to come by, since the only guy that I'm aware of in Alaska (in Fairbanks area, actually) no longer is in the biz of selling them, and also the guy that got his lift building business doesn't do it any longer either.
