    Default Forest Food Identification Book

I will be visiting my remote property (Mat-Su Valley) in June and wanted to have a reference
book to identify all the differant edibles I might find on the property or
surrounding area. I know there must be something out there to use for this
and would prefer something with good color pictures.

I have'nt even heard of some of these Berrys and Mushrooms you people
mention although I was in the food business for 25 years.

Any suggestions where to get something like this would be appreciated.

    Thanks for your help
