    Default Cool Find

Picked this up today at a local pawn shop, 1891 Argentine Mauser, made by Loewe in Berlin, $175. All numbers matching, stock's been chopped, no crest, wood and metal finish are excellent! Not sure if sling is original or not. Cycles real smooth, jumps right to your shoulder; can't wait to find some ammo and get to shootin'.

Neat guns and slick action is standard. Is it a 7x57 or 7.65x53?
Somewhere along the way I have lost the ability to act politically correct. If you should find it, please feel free to keep it.

Should be a 7.65; from what I understand, that's what the 91s were. Probably check the headspace before I fire her, anyone know where you can find gauges?
