Hike to Cresent Lake

HI,

I was wondering if anyone has hiked or snomachined up to Cresent lake lately? From teh Quartz creek side or the moose pass side? I did it last year about this time, and want to go when the conditions are better. it is about a 7.5 mile hike from either side...but then again depends on the cabin you want to stay at. Cresent Saddle or Cresent Lake cabin.

you make it out there? wondering how the lake looked, ie ice depths. did you fish out there last year. just planning a trip for mid may and hoping break up makes it way up there by then. thanks,

Check the regs before you fish. I don't think it opens until july 1st.

thanks TOMCOD, got excited about an opening at the cabin up there and neglected to check when it opens. it is closed all of May fyi.
