Default What is your quest at the Palmer gun show this weekend?

The Palmer Lions Club Gunshow is this weekend.

What are you looking to buy - or hope to buy - at this show?

My quest is a .45 Redhawk with a barrel screwed in straight , a SRH at a good price in .454 to get a donor cylinder from, or possibly a S&W Mdl 25 or 625 in .45 Colt.

Always in the lookout for reloading stuff, bullet molds, and good deals in general.

GOOD LUCK - see ya there!

45acp and 45 Colt brass, more of Lee’s casting handy work, whatever else strikes my fancy, and a good hotdog.

I will be looking for a Ruger SRH with a barrel screwed on wrong that once belonged to the OP. Just kidding. If I do go I will be looking for a .22 revolver and a 7/08.

I would be looking for a Sako stainless magazine for model 75 for a 375 H&H or 300 win mag as I am told they are the same mag.

1917 Enfield sporters in 30-06 at realistic prices. Enfield parts, i.e. trigger guards, floorplates, magazine box, trigger and sear a Remington bolt. Believe it or not their are still people like myself who are still interested in these old relics.

I think I've already bought all the cheap Enfiled sporters - I've got a fondness for them myself Better yet I like the Mdl 30 Remingtons.

I do have a 1917 cutdown rifle I'm bring up to sell for the action.

Oh, and I almost forgot, I will be continuing my quest for bullet casting stuff. Mostly I think I am going to be just donating 5 bucks and looking at guns though.

Got my model 94 but not at the gun show, found some molds for .375, unfortunately I do not own a rifle chambered in .375. I did also get a set of 30-30 dies. Not a bad show. I liked the collection of Colt 1911s one guy had. I was also happy to see they were for sale, and not just for display. Now that I have my 94 30-30, I am going to start having to look for a Winchester 92 in .44 Mag or 44-40. I am also going to keep my eyes open for a Winchester 9422.
