Default How much HP for an inboard?

I am looking at buying a 23 foot Grayling jet boat with a 351W and a 3 stage Hamilton. Will this be enough HP for 2 adults and three small kids and the usual camping/fishing gear?

Or would you recommend a 460 or 454?

I am used to running outbaords and have never been in a boat with a inboard.

    Thanks,

    Rob

    Default should be no problem

That should be plenty of power. I own a 21 ft North River with a 350 and a Hamilton 212 jet and it has pulled 230 gallons of fuel, two guys, and hunting gear for a week on step without a hestitation. I could have easily thrown in a moose as well.
