Default I Need a matsu lake report

I have been out of town for a week, with all this melting is it worth going out? How's the overflow? Paper said big lake has 18 inches of standing water for the start of the iron dog. I hate ice fishing in water.

It appears most of the valley lakes have gone to crap relative to overflow. However, I did drive on Finger this past Sunday.

Forgive my ignorance, but I am new to ice fishing and am wondering what the "overflow" you are speaking of is all about? Thanks.

Also, what fish are in Bench Lake on Baldy? Never fished it, just wondering what is in there.

LOL - come on, just wondering what's in there. It's not like I'm gonna be able to get up there very easily.
