    Default Laker success

Got out ice fishing and finally got a decent laker. from hook set to the finish it took me 30 minutes to reel this hawg in. measured out to be 34 inches around 16 to 20 pounds. wish i had a tape to measure the girth cause this thing was meaty and healthy. held it right next to my body for the picture also no pushing out no need to make it look bigger. Thanks again to the guys that actually gave me an ice update on a different thread.

No matter what lake, that is a awesome catch. I'm going to guess Crosswind Lake.

Very nice looking laker. Looks like you had a blast landing him on your lite pole. I would guess the lake as Louise.

Nice fish! That's better than what I caught in two days of fishing. All I had was a bite.
Quite a bit of wind to. Has anyone else noticed the ice does not seem as thick as it was this time last year?

Both I and my boy have caught fish at LL, but we've never kept any of them. That lake needs'm more than I do.
