    four days ago...

    packed this one 11.5 miles.

Kryptek's owner, Butch Whiting, downed him with a Weatherby 300 ultra mag.

    Straight up bruiser, LB.
We do not go to the green woods and crystal waters to rough it, we go to smooth it. We get it rough enough at home; in towns and cities; in shops, offices, stores, banks anywhere that we may be placed

I wouldn't get tired of looking at that one. I'd like to know the numbers on it sometime.

I doubt there is any length to get excited about with that much brooming but that may have the most mass of any sheep I have seen!

Characteristics alone are phenomenal with the brooming and age rings. I'd take a ram like that over a crazy unbroomed ram any day, but I also wouldn't pass up any ram either.

12 y/o according to ADFG. The left broom broke just above 3rd year growth ring, right side just under the 3rd growth ring...9 rings showing. Heavy bases around 13" and the D-2 measured 12 7/8". sick mass, longest horn length was 35 3/8". any legal sheep is worth the effort, but sometimes you get lucky with heavy heads like this one. Looked like it had 4-wheeler tires on his head at 150 yds...sweet deal.

    good luck, guys.
