    Default Pioneer Meats products?

I have about 60 Lbs. of moose that I want to have processed and I have heard good things about Pioneer Meats. I have always cut my own meat but want to try a few sausages. I can only choose 3, so which are the ones to not miss?

    I am considering these:

    Jalapeno Sticks
    Bratwurst or Country-style Bratwurst
    Italian Sausage
    Breakfast Sausage
    Polish Sausage
    Jumbo Wieners

So Having to choose 3, which would you choose?

    Thanks!

The pioneer slims are way better than the jalapeno sticks in my opinion.
The breakfast sausage in my opinion did not have enough zip to it bit was otherwise good.
    Italian sausage was great.
The summer sausage with jalapeno and mozzarella cheese is another great product.

Overall they do a great job and are the one place I will recommend to anyone. Top notch staff and facility, clean and prompt service!

Lisa runs the place and she does a top notch job. She's my place to process meats. Prices are comparable, maybe a little cheaper, and her web site is here: http://www.pioneermeatsofalaska.com/Home_Page.html

Picked up cheese/Jalapena dogs yesterday.... There Great!!! as Tony the tiger would say. Italian sausage was great two days ago. Tell Lisa to throw in a little more spice on the Breakfast sausage if you want a stronger bite but it is still good. Tell her Ken sent you
If a dipnetter dips a fish and there is no one around to see/hear it, Did he really dip?

The breakfast sausage was lacking but the sticks and sausage were good although a tad too salty for my taste.

Thanks everyone! I went with their slims, Brats and Italian sausage. I'll follow up after I get it home and have a chance to try it.
