    Default challenging yourself!

I set out this morning on a very tedious task of creating a realistic stone fly nymph. After a few minutes which seemed to be forever disecting photos found on the internet i decided i was going to go for it. Ive seen many creations over the years that have absolutely wow'd me and have always said i could never get to that level. After 3 hrs at the vise i finally finished my project. I couldnt be more proud of the out come. Here are a few pics enjoy!

Good looking fly! At 3 hrs/ I'm wondering how long the winter, or conversely how many you plan to take to the river.

My current challenge is several gross of #16 and #18 parachutes and #14 and #16 quill wings for an upcoming trip to far southern climes. I thought 5 minutes per fly was stretching my endurance!

Nice job! I like the wing case, I always have trouble cutting it to match exactly.
