    Default New floor for Harborcraft Adventurer

    I am looking at a diamond plate floor for my 19' adventurer and am looking to see if anyone has done it to there harborcraft/jetcraft. my main question in what thickness aluminum should I use. Thanks Ryan

    Depends on how far apart the supports are...........1/8" would be minimum if your floor supports are 12" on center or closer. IMO
    3/16" on 16" O.C.
    Others may have better info. The self bailing bow in my boat has a 1/8 D-plate floor and is starting to show some sag between the supports. The rest of the floor is plywood with bed-liner, and it works quite well, its quiet, lighter and holds up just fine.
