    Default 91 river runner build

Starting a build. I started this build a couple years ago. I had sold the 60hp and bought a 140 evinrude pump. With the new motor came new ideas. I didn't know what i was getting into. Tore the boat apart only to find broken welds on the bulk heads and leaking rivets. The boat sat as I acquired the proper tools, material, and some more knowledge on the fabrication of aluminum boats. Which is a monster in its self. I'll post pics so I can get your guys input. work 012.JPGwork 013.jpg

You are going to love having that extra HP hanging off the back.

Learning to weld old dirty aluminum is an art of its own. Lots of grinding and cleaning. Any pointers you guys could give me. And buying a new haul is out of the question right now.
