    Default 2011 Southeast Season Ender

So who's going out tomorrow to finish up the season in Southeast?

The tides are pretty lame, so I'm still scratching my head about where I want to go. The snow flurries in the forecast should make it a fun shoot if the birds keep moving.

So who else is still hunting ducks this late in the year?

Hunted the salt today and got three birds between my buddy and I. Drake mallard, buffie and a scoter. Birds were moving but it wasn't lights out. Saw 3 other parties, so we weren't alone.

Way to put an effort in! Better than staying at home wishing you were duck hunting. Time to still go out to Kodiak, Pribilofs or way down the chain to extend the season.

Thanks, I like to start and close out a season if I'm able. I did a bunch of hunting down in Oregon during our Christmas vacation so my wife is ready for the off season.

I won't be picking up my waterfowl gear again until September.
