I got home from work today and decided to cook up some bufflehead that me and duckdon shot on our trip to wittier. I ran out of my cajun marinade and dug through my fridge and found a bottle of hawaiian marinade. I put it on the duck and put a little minced garlic on there, and baked for about 25 min. It was delicious! It was so good I considered licking my plate, but the look the dog leveled at me when it appeared that I was about to do his job changed my mind.
I know it's simple, and not very inventive, but I figured I would put it out there in case anybody wants to try it.
