Default I just discovered a new way to cook duck!

I got home from work today and decided to cook up some bufflehead that me and duckdon shot on our trip to wittier. I ran out of my cajun marinade and dug through my fridge and found a bottle of hawaiian marinade. I put it on the duck and put a little minced garlic on there, and baked for about 25 min. It was delicious! It was so good I considered licking my plate, but the look the dog leveled at me when it appeared that I was about to do his job changed my mind.

I know it's simple, and not very inventive, but I figured I would put it out there in case anybody wants to try it.

Charlie, looks like that is what real duck hunting is like, wish we had birds like that up here on a regular basis, and Kody is working hard and doing a good job for you. Bud
