Default PM "sent items," comes up empty?

Tho I am sure some of my pm's are getting recieved, when I go to double check what I've sent, my "sent items" folder shows "empty"

Am I missing something here? Have plenty of capacity as upgraded member,...

Operating from my phone a lot lately, it's not very easy to edit or review what Ive sent, so thought to make sure it got out there correctly, but found no record?

No clue off the top of my head. I often empty out that folder, but mine has always worked as intended. I've never sent PMs via a phone, though, so maybe that's part of the issue (though it shouldn't be).

    Anyone else have this problem?

    1.Go to your settings page.

    2. To the left of the page, select general settings.

    3. In general setting scroll down to the private message settings... Copy pasted below.

    Sent Private Messages:

Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default Select this one.
Don't save a copy of sent messages

When sending private messages the forum can make a copy of the message in your Sent Items folder.

    Give this a try.

Settings > My Account > General Settings > Private Messaging
Sent Private Messages: Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default

(Or else use the checkbox below Send New Message > Miscellaneous Options)

    Thanks folks,
yep, you were right, I had that box unchecked.

Not sure how I did that, maybe was thinking of saving message space(?) tho I don't remember such, maybe that is the "original default?

Irregardless, Got it fixed, quite easily, after wondering about that for a while,....

"Just Ask," is a good policy, eh?

Guess I need to remember to empty that out now,.....

Feeling pretty sheepish that I didn't know the answer to that one right away. Glad I've got others to do my job. Sheesh!
