Do I give my friends advice? Jesus, no. They wouldn't take advice from me. Nobody should take advice from me. I haven't got a clue about anything..

That's how they roll in Canada. They haul the hunters in with them as well. Somehow all the animals have not been decimated.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming-----WOW-----what a ride!

Similar to big game packing, New Zealand style.
The helicopter packing method takes all the fun out of packing out moose quarters.
I mean I can't imagine packing out moose quarters without moose blood draining out of my pack and down my back all day.....
Imagine (It's easy if you try)
…miles and miles of mountains…wide expanses of tundra...remote wild waters…

Yeah, I did that with a bull elk in Montana one day - all day long - in a area they drop off the "problem" grizzly bears from Yellowstone! It sure adds an element of excitment as you walk thru dense stands of pines!

course, them are those wee little canadian moose, our big ol bulls that we have behind every bush would just pull the chopper down

I'm betting that you've never heard of the large level of taxation in canuck-ville. Its enough to make insurance look cheap.

I thought he was trying to string it on the meat pole Other than bringing the gut pile back home with you this would probably work out great.
