    Default Middle kenai rainbow

    caught this 32'' Bow below Skilak Lake on Monday. Weather was terrible and was extreemly difficult to cast. definetly was worth the trip.

    I'm no fish expert but it may be a steelhead too, I can't see any defined spots below the lateral line, I've heard that's more of a steelie trait. Paging FishGod or Slayintrout....

    sure looks like one to me...............as a matter of fact caught a few yesterday in that area, not that big though.

    Have to agree with the mass on steelie. Nice fish either way. Hopefully ill tangle into one when I head back to Michigan in a week or at least a few big German browns

    Yeah, it's pretty common to see seal marks on Kenai steelhead. The seal was in the river into December last year feasting on fish.
