Default Moose hunting the easy way

Once you get your moose tag you will need to scout the area for moose sign....

Once you've found moose sign, narrow your search.....

After narrowing your search, look for sign of daily moose activity....

    Now, sit patiently and wait.

Well sone sir. I too concentrate my efforts in the obvious areas. Nothing more obvious than signage.
We do not go to the green woods and crystal waters to rough it, we go to smooth it. We get it rough enough at home; in towns and cities; in shops, offices, stores, banks anywhere that we may be placed

Could we get F&G to put up signs in some places to assist us? You know, like heavily populated areas?

A lot of new hunters will miss those kind of spoor. It takes years of experience, and going hunting with other experienced hunters to be able to recognize moose sign.

I guess there is no wanton waste when you bring the whole thing home! Course the owner needs a tow truck to finish the job.

I wonder if the tow truck driver was licensed by F&G for transporting game?

He don't need a tow truck,, just an air pump, a helmet with a visor, some duct tape and some CLEAN UNDERWEAR!!!!

Do you think the crap in the front seat belongs to the moose or the driver??
