One of the nicest "using" rifles made today IMO. If you want to fondle one we have one each 338 and 375 in the rack at the shop. Were I not a Gunsmith and were I needing a 375, that's what I'd get if I wanted a new one.

What ever happened to the "denting case shoulders" problem someone was having with one on the forum?

As I remember someone was suspecting the magazine for the problem.

I'm very happy with mine. One of the smoothest cycling rifles I have ever shot.

Very accurate and with the ported barrel on mine recoil is not bad.

Mine does dent the shoulders some, but to be honest this has not been an issue for me. Once they are fired you could never tell and I have not not any issues and have reloaded some brass 4 or 5 times and have not had any failed brass.

Steve, on the "dented shoulder disorder", is that the "indent" in the magazine causing that after recoil? At some point do you think that will cause a problem with smooth chambering of a damaged shoulder?

Yea, I think that is exactly what is causing the dents.

I hand feed it when I'm doing range work and having it dent the ones in the mag during a hunt is just not an issue for me.

Once they are fired you can see no damage.

Don't all the pretty girls have a quirk or two???

Great rifle and I hope to put it to work in a few days.

I bought it after Big27 had in Magna-ported and had it put in a Mcmillian Stock and bedded it.

Better be careful Steve or that Sako might turn into a Rem XCR when you aren't looking and someone in the airlines "accidentally" swaps our rifle cases. Yes yes I am jealous of your ultra sweet 375. Can't wait buddy. Won't be long now!!

Packed and ready Buddy, picked up the raft with seats and airpump from LB today. I hope you get a chance to try out the Sako, I think you will like her. Can't wait my friend.
