Alaska Spring Drawing Permit Supplement
Old news to some, but the 2006-07 Spring Drawing Permit Supplement is online at http://www.wildlife.alaska.gov/licen...pring_supp.pdf
You have until 31 May to get yours postmarked.
got mine in!
I think I should still have room in the freezer for the Musk Ox after I get the Kodiak bear and the Delta Buffalo. Boy, it's going to be a long fall!!
Caribou...........the bulls aren't any good eating anyway. We all know that trophy hunting isn't ethical either. Put in for a cow tag. You'll enjoy the meat and the satisfaction of being the ethical hunter as well!
Fisherman - It was your picture that got me excited about trying for one. I was hoping you could show me around when I got there. I figure I should have one by lunch, if I'm picky!
Mt - What, you mean they don't have dumpsters on Nunivik (Sorry)
For best results...
Have it postmarked on the 31st.
I was told the drawing was off for this year. They need to hold off on the spring supplement to allow for the new bonus system to take effect.
MT, those old bulls can be made good. Hamburger, sausage, jerky, heck, let 'em hang for a week, they might tender up a bit. Also, if you can keep the meat from freezing before rigamortis (sp?) sets in, I think your meat will be better too.
Hey, fish, work on the field photos, huh?
Caribou, this will get your application procrastination going.
See MT, you can have your cake and eat it too!
Here's an old bull that tastes pretty good
Got'em about two months ago and he tastes great especially the rib steaks.
