Default Summer waterproof boots (not for use in cold weather)

Hi, just found this site last week & thought I would ask a ?.
Which boots do you recommend for summer/non-cold weather that are waterproof? I live in the lower 48 (Rhode Island).
Something I can buy from an online store or a good manufacturer.
I'll be coming up there in 2012 during the summer.
    Thanks in advance.

Extra-Tuff make a non insulated boot they are a knee boot or are you looking for a lace up. And you should be able to buy them local to you.

    What part of Rhode Island?

I've got family stretching from burrillville, pascoag, Nantucket, north Smithfield, east providence.
We do not go to the green woods and crystal waters to rough it, we go to smooth it. We get it rough enough at home; in towns and cities; in shops, offices, stores, banks anywhere that we may be placed

I live in my xtratuffs during the summer. The best thing you can do to make them more comfortable is to put in felt insoles. The felt insoles make the bed of the boot softer and takes up some of the extra space in the boot.
