    Default Wow, lots of Lurkers.........

Looks like there is a lot of internet scouting going on. I just looked at who was on the waterfowl forum and there were 3 registered forum members and 15 non members looking at the forum.

On a Friday.......looks to me some guys are looking for reports on where to go for weekend. All you guys out working hard in the field lookng for and getting birds be careful what you post as you may have more company than you want next time you hunt.

I saw a flock of about 100 mallards circling over the hay flats this morning. Haha.

I must have seen a thousand down at 20 mile. Talked to a buddy on the minto flats and heard it was loaded. He talked to his second cousin's brother in law who said the fields at Delta were stacked with birds. And with the clear skys all the birds migrated out of the hayflats this morning so it is totally dead.

There is nary a bird to be found from Minto to Delta nor anywhere in between. Evidenced by the four fat mallards on my string this morning before work tee hee.

Welcome to the Internet. Clicking is faster than footwork.
We do not go to the green woods and crystal waters to rough it, we go to smooth it. We get it rough enough at home; in towns and cities; in shops, offices, stores, banks anywhere that we may be placed

Yep rather than being out scouting its easier to post a "Lurkers" thread. I personally am happy to see so much activity on the Waterfowl forum.

It's called intel, guys. For the man who works 40 hrs or more/week it only makes sense to try to use the net for information. Don't act like you don't yourselves. Still, most of the sweet spots I know about, for fish or birds or other, I found by accident and they will probably remain secrets.

If I were a smart ***** I would say that this is exactly why you need to leave your decoys out to keep your spot.

One of those lurkers is usually me while I am at work. I can look at this site there, but they won't allow me to log in.

Have no fear about your hunting spots fellas. Most of the "lurkers" are members of the emperor's new "AttackWatch" program.
