Default Non food grade (black) uhmw for meat cutting

I have a sheet of non food grade uhmw plastic that I'm thinking of using to cover the kitchen table when cutting meat.
Is there any concern about toxins getting into the meat? And what is the differnce between the two other than colour?

    Thanks

It will work fine, black is mad from all the small pieces left over while making it and died black then sold as "recycled".

Thanks for the reply. I think this will be much better than using cardboard boxes!
