Wow! Nice bull congrats
Yep time to retire from bou hunting that is an exceptional bull congrats!!!
Bet those were poking you in the head on your hike or atv ride back to the truck.
A bou so awesome I gave you rep!
I don't mean to sound bitter, cold, or cruel, but I am, so that's how it comes out.
Fantastic Pic! Bet there's a great story behind that animal!
That is one of the nicest caribou I have ever seen! Love to hear a story.
Congrats J !!!
One of the nicest bulls I've seen this year ......congrats !!!
I stand corrected... You had a VERY nice back rest
That first picture is one of the finest success shots I've ever seen. Not only is it a beautiful caribou with gorgeous long tines, but the way you framed it with no tines being obscured and with a beautiful background is perfect. That, sir, is good stuff. I'm sure I speak for others when I say that we'd love to hear the story.
Wowzaa! That there is a dang fine trophy. Would love to hear the story on it. I bet you are glad you didn't have to saw that rack in half!
Might as well move to the next game animal. Gonna be hard to top that bou. Congrats.
I can't help being a lazy, dumb, weekend warrior.......I have a JOB!
I have less friends now!!
Great bull, great photography. Now lets have "the rest of the story". Please?
Thank you everybody for the kind words, I am humbled to have been a part in the taking of this caliber caribou. I'll try to get to a story, sooner or later, when I find the words. I am still pretty speechless.
___chants John Belushi style____
Story..story..story... (imagine the toga chant) :-)
That may very well be a Booner! Compared to a 390" caribou I killed, that looks to have more to measure. The difference will come out after deductions, and the mainbeams may be a bit "short" (though pics can be decieving), but with those long top points...
Whatever the result, that is a very fine set of headgear ! Beautiful ! Congratulations on an exceptional bull caribou !
The difference between genius and stupidity is that genius has its limits.
Ok, I still can't sleep. Here's a few more pictures. My pardner and his bull of another brand that we killed two days before the caribou, and a few more gratuitous caribou shots...I'll work on a story tomorrow, gotta try and sleep.
