Maybe someone had a freezer full of freezer burnt dipnet fish to get rid of? (Sorry Ken I had to do it)
Maybe more cruise ship garbage being thrown overboard?

On a more serious note it does make one wonder where it came from.

After Fullbush realized his table boat didn't work as planned out he upgraded to the freezer boat. I guess that one didn't work either

He's probably floating down the Upper Kenai in the freezer right now trying to catch trout.

If fullbush can figure out a way to keep the freezer running while he is out on the river he may be on to something.
Imagine being able to throw your fish directly in the freezer after the catch.
Next year maybe we will find him on the lower kenai running a dipnet off of the darn thing.
If he ever recovers it from Blackstone bay anyway.
