Default Looking for cucumbers for pickling

I have tried my hand at growing my own, but have had no luck. I would love to make my own pickles!

I am wondering if anyone knows where I could find/buy cucumbers for pickling.

There's a farm out in Palmer where you pay a very reasonable price to pick produce. Their cucumbers make great sweet pickles.

You can also find them at some of the farmer's markets in town. Can't think of the name of the Farm that I've gotten them from before but they have a booth at the Northway Mall market on Weds and at South Anchorage Market on Saturdays.

Have any of you guys checked out the Spenard Farmer's Market? Usually, I only end up down there when a friend is playing @ Taproot.
