    Default HK armorers

Does anyone know if we have any HK armorers in the state?

I've got a P7 K3 that works, but not as it should. If you depress the cocking handle all the way, after it cycles it won't stay cocked, and can't be cocked, . To get it to work again you have to let go of the cocking handle and manually cycle the action. If I pull the cocking handle just far enough to cock (about 1/8 inch from completely depressed), it functions 100%. I need someone to assess the situation and rectify it.
