    Any more water than last year?

    Not really...seems to drain pretty well...need the high tides. Pretty low right now.

    How high does it need to get to fill up? I see a 33.44 ft tide is due @ 10:12 PM on opening day.

    Assuming the OP is talking about the Palmer Hayflats.

    That will be close, if there is a wind pushing some water that way it will flood. It will be really close, I think it will flood it, outta make it an interesting evening for those in tents.

    I will be sleeping in the Mokai amonst the ducks..will be the best rest I have gotten all year...sweet sounds all night..lol

    Hope it doesn't rain on Wen, I will be out that morning setting up boat for opening and checking things out. want to be outta there when the tide starts out, don't like being standed by the tide. won't be setting up deks, etc to thursday am. Hope and expect to see some of you wen also. Bud

    Just so you know high tide on the flats is a couple hours past Anchorage time, which is what you are showing above. Bud

    Tell me about the Mokai? This is a jet rig right? So how is it with sucking in the weeds? How do you clean the jet? I have liked the concept since they came out but worried about clogged jet pump...

    Yep, the jet can be an issue, just reach back with a hand made fork type thing and remove the rocks and weeds.. Will probably just pull it out there and and paddle it out past the weeds then fire her up. We will see... Debating on if I a
    even going to mess with it... We will see
