    Default Alpacka Packrafts?

Has anyone used one before? I've been researching the Alpacka brand packrafts and am interested to know if anyone has taken one out on any of the lakes (denali hwy, paxon, summit) or down any of the rivers (chena/ chatanika). They look interesting but I'm finding it hard to justify spending that kind of money on them without some first hand experience advise. I'm mainly interested in getting one to take hiking and to get to some hard to get to fishing spots. I'd appreciate any advise or success stories using one. Thanks!

Yep, a number of us have them and use them regularly. Take a look at some of the threads that Alaska_Lanche has posted. He and his wife have used them extensively for 100+ mile backcountry excursions to include some fishing and hunting. They're pretty amazing craft and certainly open up some options for fishing.
