Default How much do you ride (miles/hours) each year?

Just wondering how much everyone rides their atv's on average. Prior to buying an '05 6x6 I have had three Honda Big Reds. '08 and '10 I rode the Big Red's about 100 miles each year; they're hard on the back and knees. With the 6x6 I logged about 300 miles and about 35 hours this year. Probably wouldn't have rode so much, but the wife and kids were in Kansas for two weeks this summer. How much do you ride a year? Just curious.

We try to ride at least every other weekend, if not every weekend. Rain, shine, snow, doesn't matter. We've ridden ATV's at Jim Creek at -20F, and at 70F. Good snow years we switch to sleds in the winter, but low snow years we ride year round on the ATV's. We try to hit every trail within a 2 hour drive at least once per season. It's just good to get out.
"If snowmachiners would adopt the habits of riding one at a time and not parking at the base of avalanche prone slopes, the number of fatalities would likely be whittled by at least a third, if not by half." ~ Jill Fredston, in the book Snowstruck, In The Grip Of Avalanches.
