    Default Trappers Post Interesting Wolverine Article

    Did anyone ever check out that new Trappers Post magazine? There is an Alaskan Trapping article in their about how to catch wolverine and it is pretty cool. Anybody agree with that guys way of trapping?

    I didn't read the story just saw the picture. If it is about trapping wolverines in 55 gal drums it is nothing new. Many wolverines have been taken this way a lot of guys do it, not as easy to pack a 55 Gal drum around but on established lines in the bush the barrels can be left undisturbed to use year after year, so you only have to haul them out one time. The drum is nice in that they can't move them as easy as a 5 Gal bucket and you can get the bait deep in the drum forcing them to fully commit t entering it through the coni to get at the bait. It is a great set IMO
