Default Videos of Cast Netting Sockeye South of Juneau

A buddy and I made the annual trip to a terminal sockeye fishery south of Juneau and I took my video camera this time. Iíve been doing some video editing and hereís what Iíve put together. Iíll post more videos as I get them done.

This video shows how we got our fish down the creek and closer to his boat.

This video shows how thick the pinks were!

I'm still working on a video showing the bear activity. We had 7 different brown bears come through and over 30 encounters. Only one got a little hairy and it was just them being courious about our gear. They were all eating very well thanks to the number of pinks.

It was all recorded on my Kodak Zx3 waterproof digital HD video camera.

Here's the video of just a few of the bear encounters we had that day.
