    Default Ninilchik and Volcano

Notice the wisp of escaping steam from the Mountain to the left of the Old Church in Ninilchik, Iliamna is an active Volcano and always vents a little steam.

Nice pics, my two favorites are “Illiamna giving off steam” and “whats coming out of Illiamna” The fishing lodge and driftwood are good too!

the first one would be outstanding if you zoomed out a bit (get the whole rig in) and had the horizon strait
I choose to fly fish, not because its easy, but because its hard.

    Thumbs up cool stuff!

Love the steam-release pics! It's not very often you see that. In fact, that may be the very first time I have ever seen an active volcano that wasn't errupting on the news broadcast stations and such! You have done a great job of capturing the moments that passer byers would stop and relish.
    Thanks for the shots!
