    Default Who needs water?

This guy is probably just a bit crazier than Toshiro, and obviously doesn't care about his boat...

    Awesome...just awesome!

I hope he's got a way out the way he's heading. It'd suck to have to come back the other way and do that again....it looked like he got pretty lucky a couple of times, although all in all it was pretty good driving.

Man, that sure sounded expensive. Abuse beyond my comprehension. Fun to watch though I was grinding my teeth the whole time

Now that is crazy stuff right there. What surprises me is he never once had to stop and hit the grate.

If you watch his other videos and take his username into account the boat is probably a firefish snapper. Neat little boat for sure

Drive it like you stole it, wow I would have left the bottom of my outboard in the river on the first rock pile.

not surprising at all...the darn rocks he was hitting were far too large to get caught up in the grate ...

that was a fun ride...thanks for posting c-bolt....

that kind of water is why my next build will be a little 13 or 14 footer

Its one of Steve's boats. He is the owner of Firefish. The alarm is the water flow through the block I believe. I bet the bottom of that boat is pretty clean still...he knows how to build one. I was going to have him build me a little Firefish Piranha, but the used market was just too cheap to pass up.

    14 1/2' Snapper
    -9 stringer
    -1/4" 6061 wings/bows
    -3/8" 6061 keel
    -Full UHMW
    -5' 8" to 5' 4" bottom
-Center console with vertical fuel tank
    -200 opti-max

T...Like we talked about before.....Ive been thinking about a small boat to play with for a while.

I hoping he had UHMW under that thing . Greater appreciation for the video now that I understand the boat is built with such things in mind.

    Still nuts though

Couldn't hear any cavitation while he was running, impeller is probably good....pumping more air than water was the culprit

Some yrs ago, I went for a ride on the Upper Red Deer in a 16' / 175 SJ / Tochodi (sp) with a fellow from Outlaw. Although it wasn't that extreem, we pounded a few rocks and jumped a few gravel bars. The boat held up fine, but my teeth and spine sure took a beating :-)
