I will be returning from a moose hunt within a day or so of September 21st. My brother and I are going to spend 2-3 days cutting/grinding our meat before I drive home with a deep freeze and he returns to Anchorange. Last year we just ground up all of the caribou meat we had but with the moose I would really like to cut some steaks and roasts as I have read on this forum in several places that these are peoples favorite cuts. I haven't personally done it before so I was wondering if anyone in the Fairbanks area is good at cutting steaks and would want to make some money for an hour or two of help showing us how its done.
